Ali Crim

Ali, the owner of Just Breathe Wellness Studio, is a 200-hour yoga certified and Pilates instructor, (trained in both mat and reformer) offering a balanced approach to movement that builds strength, flexibility, and body awareness. With focus on mindful practice, Ali creates classes that support both physical and mental well-being for all levels. With a deep passion for health and fitness, Ali opened her studio in 2021 with the vision of creating a welcoming environment where everyone can explore their happiest and most authentic selves.

Kelly Smith

Kelly embarked on her RYT 200-hour teaching journey in February 2024. She is passionate about making yoga accessible and personal while also being challenging and gratifying. Kelly is Yin Certified as well as a Trauma Informed. She is a dedicated yoga teacher with a passion for supporting community. Kelly’s classes create a safe, nurturing space to build strength and healing on your wellness journey. She integrates breathwork, meditation, and movement to promote resilience, inner peace, and lasting wellness.

Chrissy Pogue

Chrissy received her 200-hour training and is RYT with the Yoga Alliance, she also holds certifications in trauma informed and adaptive yoga, as well as meditation and mindfulness coaching. She recently completed her BASI mat Pilates certification. Outside of the studio Chrissy is a Nurse Practioner and understands and focuses on helping everyone around her achieve a healthy lifestyle, mentally and physically. Chrissy provides a welcoming, supportive and encouraging atmosphere in all of her classes.

Alex Lux

Alex joined Just Breathe Wellness Studio in 2026 as a Mat Pilates instructor. Trained in classical mat Pilates, she brings another aspect of body awareness while guiding you through core focused workout that engages your WHOLE body. She brings the fun and energy to every class! Alex loves adding in props whenever she can and you won’t be upset about it!

Kylie Nuthak

Kylie comes to Just Breathe as a trainer focused on Strength and Conditioning. She will be leading our evening Kettlebell and Core classes focusing on correct form and general health for those skeletal muscles! Kylie is always smiling, happy and encouraging in her classes, which makes even harder for you to be mad when she hands you a heavy weight!
