Ali Crim

Ali, the owner of Just Breathe Yoga and Wellness, is a certified 200 hr yoga certified instructor with a deep passion for health and fitness. She opened her yoga studio in 2021 with the vision of creating a welcoming environment where everyone can explore their happiest and most authentic selves through yoga, meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), and a supportive community of like-minded individuals, Ali aims to foster personal growth and well-being for all.

Kelly Smith

Kelly embarked on her RYT 200 hour teaching journey in February 2024. She is passionate about making yoga accessible and personal while also being challenging and gratifying. Kelly is Yin Certified as well as a Trauma Informed. She is a dedicated yoga teacher with a passion for supporting community. Kelly’s classes create a safe, nurturing space to build strength and healing on your wellness journey. Kelly’s classes integrate breathwork, meditation, and movement to promote resilience, inner peace, and lasting wellness.
